go-findyou.de is a German web directory with verified website listings and an operator portal. Operators can manage their website and, depending on the package, use additional analysis, ranking, statistics and SEO functions.

Yes. The free Basic package is intended for one website. It includes an operator account, website management and quality status. Ranking measurements, visitor statistics and premium highlighting are not included in the free package.

Premium, Business, Professional, Agency Start, Agency Pro and Agency Unlimited are currently available. Current prices, website limits and quotas can be found under “For businesses”.

The package is selected in the operator portal. Complete billing details must be stored before a binding order can be placed. The contract is then initially created as a draft and a draft invoice is prepared. Activation takes place only after confirmed receipt of payment.

Regular packages are managed with annual billing in the operator portal. The specific term and renewal date are displayed under “Premium & Contract” in the operator account.

Active paid contracts can be cancelled in the operator portal for the stored end of term. Services remain active until the effective date. A scheduled cancellation can be withdrawn before it takes effect.

Cancelling a paid package does not delete the website, directory listing or existing invoice and payment data. The booked services generally remain active until the end of the contract. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of term, the associated website listing can also be submitted for earlier deletion at the operator’s express request.

Yes. If a paid contract has already been cancelled for the end of its term, the associated website listing can, at the operator’s express request, be submitted for deletion during the remaining contract term. Open or unresolved invoice and payment processes may still block the deletion request.

Early deletion of the website listing does not automatically terminate or shorten the already cancelled contract. The contract term, existing payment claims and invoice and billing data remain unaffected. By removing the listing early, the operator waives further use of the remaining package services for that listing. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

No. Voluntary early non-use of the remaining package services does not automatically establish a claim to a refund. Statutory claims and mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Ranking measurements depend on the package. Premium measures monthly, Business weekly and Professional three times per week; agency packages follow the quotas and measurement rules stored for the package. Measurements use the existing ranking system.

The SEO Center combines technical SEO checks, PageSpeed evaluations, Search Console data, ranking information, competitor comparisons and, depending on the package, AI-assisted evaluations or drafts. Changes are not automatically published on your external website.

Search Console is connected via Google OAuth with read access. The connection can be disconnected in the SEO Center. Imported metrics are used in the operator area to evaluate your website.

Regular packages apply to one website. Agency packages additionally unlock the Agency Center. Multiple client websites can be managed there, reports created, white-label branding maintained and website assignments or handovers organised.

Agency Start is intended for up to 5 websites, Agency Pro for up to 20. Agency Unlimited has no fixed website limit. Individual contract values may technically take precedence over the standard limits.

Yes. The Agency Center includes a controlled handover process. The transfer is secured by an invitation and verification process. After a successful handover, the new operator can start with the free Basic package and later choose another package.

To prevent existing listings from being taken over by unauthorised persons. Ownership is verified using an individual verification file on the relevant domain.

The operator portal has a dedicated invoice area. Approved invoices can be downloaded as PDF files. For bank transfers, receipt of payment can be announced in the portal.
