1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of go-findyou.de, in particular to submitting and managing website listings, operator accounts and booking paid packages and additional services.
2. Website listings and approval
There is no entitlement to inclusion or permanent publication of a website listing. Submitted websites may be reviewed technically and editorially. Information must be truthful; the submitting person must be authorised to submit or manage the website.
3. Operator account and ownership verification
Certain management functions require an operator account and a verified assignment to the website. go-findyou.de may require individual proof on the relevant domain for ownership verification. Login credentials must be protected from third-party access.
4. Packages and scope of services
The specific scope of services is determined by the package shown at booking and the quotas stated there. This may include ranking measurements, visitor statistics, history, premium highlighting, SEO Center functions and agency functions. Individual contract values may differ from standard quotas.
5. Prices and VAT
Paid packages are billed at the price shown with the binding order. Tax treatment is based on the taxation method applicable to Go-FindYou when the invoice is issued. If the German small-business regulation pursuant to Section 19 UStG applies, no VAT is charged. Under standard taxation, legally due VAT is added and shown on the invoice. Invoices already issued are not retroactively changed by a later change in taxation method.
6. Order and activation
A paid package order requires complete billing details. Activating the button for the binding package order submits the order bindingly. Technically, the contract is initially created as a draft and a draft invoice is prepared. The invoice is reviewed and approved. Paid services are activated only after confirmed receipt of payment.
7. Invoices and payment
Approved invoices are provided in the operator portal and can be downloaded as PDFs. If an invoice is sent by email, it is sent to the stored billing email address. For bank transfers, the invoice number must be used as the payment reference.
8. Contract term and renewal
Paid standard packages are managed with annual billing unless otherwise agreed in the specific contract. Contract start, next renewal and any specified contract end are displayed in the operator portal. If automatic renewal is enabled, the contract continues on the stored renewal date unless effectively cancelled beforehand.
9. Cancellation
An active paid contract can be cancelled via self-service for the stored end of term where a reliable effective date exists. The booked services remain active until then. Scheduling the cancellation disables further automatic renewal. A cancellation that has not yet taken effect can be withdrawn via the operator portal.
10. Consequences of cancellation and early listing deletion
Cancelling a paid package does not automatically delete the operator account, website, directory listing, invoices or payment data. Booked services generally remain active until cancellation takes effect. If a paid contract has already been cancelled for the end of its term, the operator may request early removal of the associated website listing. Early removal does not automatically terminate or shorten the contract. Agreed contract terms, payment claims already arisen or still existing, and invoice and billing data remain unaffected. By voluntarily removing the listing early, the operator waives further use of package services still available for that listing until the end of the contract. Voluntary non-use does not automatically create a refund claim. Open or unresolved invoice and payment processes may continue to block early listing deletion. Statutory retention obligations and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Availability and external services
Individual functions use external services or interfaces, such as Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed Insights, DataForSEO, OpenAI or map providers. Continuous availability or specific results from external providers cannot be guaranteed. Ranking, SEO and AI evaluations are analysis and support functions and do not guarantee particular search-engine positions, visitor numbers or economic results.
12. Content and usage rights
The required rights must exist for submitted texts, logos, images and other content. Submission grants go-findyou.de the usage rights required for display, review and technical processing within the platform.
13. Misuse
In particular, illegal content, deception concerning authority over a website, technical attacks, circumvention of protective mechanisms and abusive automated access are prohibited. In the event of violations, functions may be restricted or listings and accounts blocked.
14. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. go-findyou.de is not responsible for the content and availability of external websites or for results from external search engines, APIs or platforms unless its own statutory responsibility applies.
15. Privacy
Information on the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy.
16. Statutory rights
Mandatory statutory rights, including any applicable consumer rights, remain unaffected.
